0.5 - Regression Update

Took quite a break. Back with an update. This is literally "That time I regressed into a coal miner in the 1920s"
Changes:
- Added Regression, which resets all progress and gives Points, which can be used to buy upgrades.
- Fixed some bugs.
- Added the Invar Smelters.
